Before taking the advice of a Star Trekkie named Sarek over that of your Optometrist, I think you should read what other scientist think of the William Bates Method. The bates method is still sold today and it was proved as quackery many years ago, why stop selling a scam that still makes good money.

I think you should follow your doctors advice. Also look into the Gas Permeable lenses as a cure there are quite a few studies going on now about this phenomena.

Did you look at the links I gave you before? Secrets are hard to keep in the age of the Internet and there are some great sights that give the ‘Method secrets’, with updates, away for free.
