What are some good eye strain exercises?

I’m suffering from eye strain and I need some exercises to help relieve the pain!

Close your eyes tightly for 2-3 seconds & then open them for 2-3 seconds. Repeat this for about 2 minutes and it should help heaps. This site -http://www.eye-strain.org/eye-exercises/ has a lot more exercises.

    Well here goes…
    1.Try putting your index finger near your nose like your trying to go cross eyed.Move your finger out and back in while still consentrating on it.Repeat.

    2.Cover one eye.Put a colorful sticker on a stick.With the eye that is not covered look at the sticker from about one foot away and describe it.Do the process again with a different eye.

    3.If you have trouble seeing something from close up or far away clearly,get you eyes tested.
