I found a pair of pinhole glasses and when I put them on I was able to see clearly than with my normal vision. I checked on the internet and it says these things can help improve eyesight. But When I take them off my eyesight goes back the way I have it. How can I use these pinholes to improve eyesight? I am slightly nearsighted but don’t wear glasses.

One way to tell if they can work for you is to create three pinholes close together on a piece of cardboard and stand back at a distance and watch tv through the pinholescand see if your eyesight appears improved.
